Oversee and monitor move-in/move-out procedures, tenant services, and life safety procedures.  Manage and resolve collections and landlord/tenant legal issues.

Financial Reporting
Provide ongoing management updates, monthly and annual operating statements, and budgeting, collection, and auditing services.

Marketing and Leasing
Develop and implement marketing plans, enhance property awareness in the local community, evaluate lease terms and conditions, and handle tenant certifications.

Streamlined Operations/Computerization
Provide information system-wide through on-line centralized accounting system.  Prepare customized reports including Profit & Loss and Weekly Cash Flow using the Yardi Voyager Software System.
